15:05Whitney HillsThis weekend was my birthday (and my aunt debbies 60th!), and a few of my family members said they were interested in getting a workout program. So I decided to host a little workout session. We set up mats and got some bands and dumbells in the backyard to get going. Everyone did well, and realized how tough exercise is when you neglect it for so long!
Here are some of the exercises we did: tricep extensions, bicep curls with band and dumbbells, band pulls, dumbell side raises, shoulder presses, squats, hip extensions, external rotations, superwomans, crunches, modified planks, reverse crunches, one leg swings, butt blasters, seated leg raise (for abdominals).
