The winner with Tosca Reno
Those of you following know I competed in the Oxygen Model Search at the Toronto Pro Supershow 2 weeks ago. Alas there was no win for me, but it was a great experience. I learned a lot about my body and having a two day show made me  clue in to what needs to be changed. I really wanted to do a practice dial-in, but deciding to compete 8 weeks pre show made this nearly  impossible. There were about 60 amazing girls in my class, and it was exhilarating as usual. I lost no weight doing my water deplete, but had two vodka sodas, steak, and ice cream on saturday night (knowing at this point that I did not win and only got second call out) and dropped 6 pounds for the following days award presentation! Back to the drawing board with this. It really goes to show you everyone's bodies are very different. I also bloated on Saturday after carbing up pre-competition.
Beautiful Angela Hudson
I love the energy and support I find at so many competitions. I was glad to make friends with an upcoming superstar, Angela Hudson, and reunite with todays sunshine girl the wonderful miss Camilla!
I can't thank Kim Allan enough for her positive energy and amazing coaching. My model walk was great, and she instills so much confidence. I cannot recommend her enough, although my competition better stay away from her or Im in trouble :) Bronwen Wierderickis the best friend a girl could have, and a serious life saver. She makes me so beautiful and provides the best moral support anyone could ask for. Thanks for everything ladies
.
Im back in the gym and training my butt off for a september show. I'm starting to love cardio, and trying to keep some of those lovely abs I worked so hard for :)
