Provence Mustard Vegetables

I just moved and have had an empty pantry resulting in very little cooking. Today I stopped off at my local veggie market and grabbed a bunch of vegetables which were marked down..perfect because they had to be ready to cook right away. I got some oyster mushrooms for 1.99, 2 eggplants for .99, over a pound of green beans for 1.99, and cauliflour for .69. I also purchased a Provence mustard by Mailles. Threw the veggies in the frying pan with a dab of butter and some water to steam them, with a huge dollop of mustard. 10 minutes later Im left with a delicious abundance of food to munch on at work. Yum. A simple way to cook up a variety of vegetables while keep carbs and calories low. I will add a can of lemon dill tuna and make this my dinner tonight. This mustard is apparently hard to find after a google search, and contains red peppers, garlic, and herbs and spices. Im stocking up!
