Butt injections in the GTA and how to sculpt a lovely backside
16:48Whitney Hills I was reading the Toronto Metro paper during my subway ride today, and noticed on page 1, an article about a 25 year old Brampton woman who paid for PMA (polymethylmethacrylate) injections into her rear end. She let an "injector" preform the procedure in her bedroom for $2,800 and was told to lie on her stomach for 24 hours after the procedure. She had originally bought a plane ticket to Colombia to have a procedure done out of country. Simple googling can tell you that the substance PMA is "plexiglass" and does in fact have good compatibility with human tissue. However, a pubmed article regarding the complications of PMAnpublished in 2008 can easily be found with an internet search. It concluded that "Polymethylmethacrylate filler complications, despite being rare, are
often permanent and difficult or even impossible to treat. Safety
guidelines should be observed when considering use of
polymethylmethacrylate for augmentation." Some of the complications included tissue necrosis. That would scare the crap out of me, I would rather have a flat bum than no bum at all!

Of course this relates to exercise. Heavy squats, lunges, and deadlifts with lift and tighten your backside like nothing else. I challenge any of you who think otherwise to do a leg workout with me. You will have no doubt that area will grow after the pain of adjusting to a new workout routine. You will feel that booty for a few days after! Of course this pain doesn't last forever, and it is so worth it. Invest your money into improving your health and your physique, and feeling great about yourself. Climb stairs, run up hill, get on those hip extensions! Anyone can tighten up their physique all it takes is a little bit of effort. I was shocked that this made the front page, but it is indicative of our society. Looking for a quick, effortless fix and a fast buck.

I read this too. Crazy. Yes, I know quite well with your help that exercise is the only answer. Julie
