09:45Whitney HillsWhile the plank is a great exercise for the core, it gets boring. Spice up your ab routine by trying these three exercises. You can always make them easier by doing them on the mat first and then working up to the Bosu. I was surprised how much easier it was to do these before I worked out, rather than afterwards like I typically do. Sorry for the quality, these are completely uneedited. I think I need to employ then help of a computer person (talented clients please step forward!)
