MMMMMMM breakfast!
09:31Whitney HillsFirst off, let me say how much I adore smoothies. I was getting sucked into Booster Juice when I was going through my depression in December, despite all the crappy juice and frozen yogurt calories that I knew I was consuming. Today I made a delicious shake, with veggies, in my blender! I knew I had a great blender, but I was shocked to see it pulverize raw carrots and mango skin. I used half a very ripe mango with the skin, 1/4 of a large carrot, handful of parsley, small amount of grated ginger, a squeeze of lemon with some zest, and 2/3 cup of frozen raspberries. I blended this with 1/2 scoop unflavored natural protein powder, water, and ice. It was amazing!!
