I'm having a non traditional superbowl this year, and just hanging out with a friend (the lovely Laura P). We made some healthy food and drinks!
Homemade hummus with roasted garlic and lemon with beans and zucchini dip
Spaghetti squash with tomato sauce and a teeny bit of mayo (1/4 tsp)
Fried tofu (in a teeny bit of butter) with a brush of roasted garlic and black bean. The tofu tasted great mixed with spaghetti squash
Sangria made with sugar free blueberry juice, apples, tangerines, no calorie forest berry soda, key limes and lemons.
There are so many textures here you do not feel like you are missing out!
